To book a trip, you must provide:

- Travel preferences
- Payment information
A booking confirmation email will be sent after we receive the deposit.
1.2 Pricing & Payments
- All prices are quoted in rupees and are subject to availability.
- Prices do not include:
- Visa fees
- Travel insurance
- Optional excursions
- Personal expenses
- Payment Schedule:
- Deposit: 10% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
- Final Payment: Due 10 days before departure.
- Late payments may result in trip cancellation.
1.3 Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from us and we have received the required deposit.
1.4 Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 5% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
1.5 Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid 10 days before the tour departure date.
1.6 Payment Methods
Payments can be made via bank transfer, debit card, credit card, and UPI.

3. Travel Documents & Insurance
- Customers must have valid passports, visas, and any required permits before departure.
- We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering:
- Trip cancellations
- Medical emergencies
- Lost baggage
4. Itinerary & Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to:
- Weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Unforeseen travel disruptions
Alternative arrangements will be made, but no refunds will be provided for changes beyond our control.
5. Customer Conduct
- Customers must respect local laws, customs, and tour guides.
- Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
World Tours is not liable for:
- Personal injuries, illnesses, or accidents during the trip.
- Loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Issues caused by third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels).
- Acts or omissions of third-party service providers.
- Our liability is limited to the total cost of the tour booked.
7. Changes to Booking
7.1 By Client
- Requests for changes must be made in writing. While we will endeavor to accommodate changes, they are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
7.2 By Company
- We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary.
- Significant changes will be communicated promptly, and alternatives or refunds will be offered as appropriate.
8. Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents.
9. Health and Safety
- Clients must inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
- We recommend consulting a physician for health advice related to your destinations.
10. Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability is mandatory for all clients.
11. Code of Conduct & Customer Responsibilities
11.1 Acceptable Use of Our Website

Customers must not:

- Post hateful, racist, sexist, or offensive comments.
- Spread false or misleading information about our services.
- Use our social media pages to advertise third-party services.
We reserve the right to block, delete, or report users who violate these guidelines.
11.4 Consequences of Violations
If a user violates this policy, World Tours reserves the right to:
- Cancel their booking without a refund.
- Deny future services to repeat offenders.
