While we endeavor to keep our clients informed, we advise travelers to verify visa requirements, health advisories, and other essential travel conditions with the respective authorities before departure.
1. Package Inclusions & Exclusions
- The package cost includes hotel accommodation, meal plans, and transportation as mentioned in the vouchers given to the guest.
- Any additional expenses, including but not limited to personal expenses, room upgrades, additional meals, or extra services, must be paid by the guest directly to the respective hotel or service provider.
2. Payment Terms
- Guests must complete full payment at least 10 days prior to the tour departure date.
- Once payment is made, the tour folder containing all essential details will be handed over to the guest.
- Guests must thoroughly check the details in the folder and notify us of any discrepancies before departure. No corrections will be entertained after the journey begins.
3. Role as Tour Organizers
- We are travel organizers and take utmost care in selecting the services included in your holiday package.
- However, we do not control or own airlines, railways, coach companies, shipping companies, hotels, transport providers, or any other third-party services.
- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, changes, or deficiencies in services provided by these third-party entities.
- The company also has no control over the schedule of opening and closing times of tourist attractions.
4. Travel Risks & Responsibilities
By booking with us, guests acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Weather-related disruptions
- Political instability or strikes
- Health risks (e.g., food allergies, medical emergencies, pandemics)
- Personal injury, illness, or loss of belongings
World Tours is not liable for any unforeseen events affecting the travel experience. Guests are encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal liabilities.
5. Service Complaints
- If a guest encounters any issue regarding services, they must report it to our office immediately.
- Complaints made after the completion of the tour will not be entertained.
6. Unforeseen Expenses & Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for additional expenses arising due to changes in oil prices, natural calamities, accidents, strikes, political unrest, or any other force majeure events.
- Any extra costs incurred due to such events will be charged as per actuals and must be borne directly by the guest.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- The following cancellation charges apply:
- More than 61 days before departure – 10% of the tour cost
- 60 to 30 days before departure – 20% of the tour cost
- 29 to 20 days before departure – 50% of the tour cost
- 19 to 11 days before departure – 75% of the tour cost
- Less than 10 days before departure – No refund
- More than 61 days before departure – 10% of the tour cost
8. Visa & Documentation Responsibility
- Guests are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any required travel permits.
- We do not guarantee visa approvals and are not liable for any denied entry due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
9. Health & Medical Disclaimer
- Guests must consult a medical professional before traveling, especially for destinations requiring vaccinations.
- World Tours does not provide medical advice, emergency assistance, or health insurance.
- Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive health and travel insurance.
